Natural Rubber Sponges are used as Rubber pads as bridge pedestals, between girders and abutments reducing friction and vibration caused by bridge loads and other movements. Elastomeric bearings made from a combination of polycholoprene and polyisoprene or other materials, which are combined in the form of compounds, the shape of the constituent layer or other forms are not permitted.
Natural Rubber Sponges are made from a mixture of rubber materials used in the manufacture of these bearings in the form of original polycholoprene (neoprene) resistant to crystallization or original polyisoprene (natural rubber) as a raw polymer.
